After School Youth Programs

Bring your kids to the Public Library and enjoy free family friendly activities. Parents & care givers are welcome and encouraged to participate in all activities with the kids.

Monday – Maker Madness

  • Grades K-3
  • Monday 3:00-4:00

Focused on STEAM related activities to engage children in exploring their curiosities and interests by use of makerspace materials.

Tuesday – Adventure Club

  • Tuesdays 3:00-4:00
  • Grades K-3

Dress for the weather as we are going out of doors for most sessions exploring the surrounding outdoors.

Wednesday – Scribble Me This

  • Grades 4-7
  • Wednesday 3:00-4:00

Books are used to inspire new mediums of art. We will spend a month navigating and exploring a new art medium giving children the time and space to explore.

Thursday – Lego Minds

  • Grades K-3
  • Thursday 3:00-4:00

Lego Minds is educational, fun and satisfying when you get to put your imagination to work. So many things to build with so much creativity inside to be discovered!

 

Our after school programs inspire kids to create, meet new friends and have fun. They are all free, require registration and each participant must have their own library card and bring it with them to the class.
